Welcome to "Explore Your Inner Shine" - A Summer New Moon Celebration!
Our intention for this event is to create a judgment-free space for exploring ourselves, being ourselves, and enjoying flower in community. The Experience:
Arrival & Connection: - Enjoy a specialty beverage from Mad Hatter, with an option to sweeten with cannabis-infused honey or regular honey. - Explore a mini art gallery reflecting the layers of yoga, including pieces from our guest speaker (that will be available for purchase). New Moon in Cancer/Solstice Astrology with CreativAstrology: Vanessa will guide us through the celestial energy of the solstice and the new moon in Cancer—breaking down what’s happening in the cosmos and how it relates to us on Earth. She’ll lead a meditation + journaling exercise, followed by a group art activity to integrate the wisdom. Closing with Yin Yoga: We’ll end with 45 minutes of restorative yin yoga—a passive, floor-bas…
