Cancellation Policy

Group readings are held in the space preferred by you, whether that is your workplace or your home. An initial deposit of $100 is required to confirm booking. Rescheduling or cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the booked time. The initial deposit won't be refunded if cancellation occurs. Before booking is confirmed, we reserve the right to decide not to do a reading for personal reasons. All the information shared within a reading is confidential to the persons present. We commit to not sharing or keeping any personal information about you other than your birth information and natal chart, and your contact information provided to us by you, with the exception of there being a legal obligation to disclose information through a request from police that we can't decline. Otherwise, your personal information, including contact and birth info, will never be shared in any way, unless you have given us permission to do so. An astrology reading does not replace financial, medical or vocational consulting. It also does not replace psychological or any other form of therapy. Astrological information is for you to use as an additional tool.
