Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your reading, you must inform 24 hours in advance to get a full refund. Otherwise, you can reschedule it letting me know of your situation at least 1 hour before the time your reading is scheduled. You will be reminded of your booking through the contact information provided by you. All the information shared within a reading is confidential to the persons present. We commit to our policy of confidentiality, with the only exception of there being a legal obligation to disclose information through a request from authorities that we can't decline by the force of law. Otherwise, your personal information, including contact and birth information, will never be shared in any way, unless you have given us explicit permission to do so.
