We commit to our policy of confidentiality, with the only exception of there being a legal obligation to disclose information through a request from authorities that we can't decline by the force of law. Otherwise, your personal information, including contact and birth information, will never be shared in any way, unless you have given us explicit permission to do so.
For cancellations, we ask that you let us know 24 hours in advance to get a full refund. You will be reminded of your booking through the contact information provided by you. If you need to reschedule, you can do so with a 1 hour notice before your session.
